Children’s Integrated Services (CIS)-  Early Intervention- provides support to children 0-3, with a developmental delay, and their families (Winston Prouty)
Nursing- support during pregnancy and with children up to age 5 and their families (Winston Prouty)
Early Childhood & Family Mental Health- support for children and their families up to age 6 (HCRS)

Essential Early Education (EEE)- EEE is special education and related services for children 3-5. Each Supervisory union within Windham County has an EEE program.

Vermont Department of Health-  programs include:
WIC (Women, Infants and Children), Children with Special Health Needs, Information and resources on many topics including: immunizations, obesity prevention, environmental health, oral health, tobacco, breastfeeding and substance abuse and treatment.
