We are currently seeking a dynamic member to join our Senior Management Team.
Our Child Development Manager oversees the early childhood programming for 184 children in classrooms and home visiting throughout Windham County, including education, mental health and behavioral support employees. Our ideal candidate will possess, at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field, with experience working in early childhood center based programs, plus 3 years supervision/management experience. Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills are imperative. Must be comfortable working with technology for communication, data collection, monitoring and reporting.
