Education Coordinator-

Bachelor or Master’s Degree in early childhood education or a related field. Vermont AOE License in Early Childhood Education or Early Childhood Special Education, or eligibility for licensure or reciprocity in Vermont.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a center-based early childhood setting. Prior experience with child assessment, staff development, and program administration necessary.

Job duties include supervising lead teachers and supporting curriculum implementation using the Creative Curriculum framework, Vermont Learning Standards, and Head Start School Readiness Goals. Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards, Vermont Licensing Regulations and NAEYC Accreditation is also beneficial.

Hourly rate – $29.59-$33.00.
