HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator-  

We are looking for a talented and dynamic team member to lead our Human Resources Department, in partnership with WSESD’s Human Resources office.

Our ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a Vermont licensed early childhood program, preferably Head Start, and at minimum, an Associate degree in a related field.  Knowledge and experience with employment laws and requirements is essential.  Must be a team player with solid organizational and communication skills, proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, etc.  Ability to manage stress well during high demand periods, as well as be able to manage time and projects well during less critical times.  25-30 hours per week, excellent benefit package includes health and dental insurance, retirement match, generous paid holidays, vacation, sick and personal time.  Job is posted until filled.
