Babes in the Woods!

On Saturday, June 26th, families were invited to bring their kiddos out to spend some quality time outdoors on Bonnyvale Environmental Education Center’s beautiful forest trails! BEEC was the host for our free event, “Babes in the Woods,” an educational morning hike for littles and their caregivers to experience and learn about the wonders of our forests.
Two very knowledgeable nature educators at BEEC guided little ones and their families to discover clues that point to the forest’s inhabitants as they learned more about their home.
Families were also given children’s books with a nature theme to supplement the activity. It was a beautiful sunny morning to be out in the great outdoors, and receive a much needed replenishing break from interacting on Zoom!
