Our Kitchen Assistant position offers year round employment (hours to be determined). Excellent benefit package includes health and dental insurance, retirement match, generous paid holidays, vacation, personal and sick time.
Pay range is $16.64-$18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
The Kitchen Assistant reports to the Lead Cook and is part of our agency team. Primary tasks are helping with meal preparation for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, food deliveries to multiple sites, serving meals and collecting meal service items as well as other tasks as assigned by the Lead Cook.
Our candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for deliveries as well as occasional trips to the store and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Background check and fingerprinting is required along with a pre-employment physical and TB screening questionnaire.
