Requirements: Associate’s Degree in early childhood education or a related field with 30 related credits and five years’ experience in a center-based early childhood setting. Bachelors preferred with 30 related credits and two years’ experience in a center-based early childhood setting.
Job duties include supervising teachers and supporting curriculum implementation using the Creative Curriculum framework, Vermont Learning Standards, and Head Start School Readiness Goals. Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards, Vermont Licensing Regulations and NAEYC Accreditation is also beneficial.

Hourly rate – $27.67-$30.50.
